Hi Jacy, that’s consider normal as many units are of duplicate listing. I am selling a 2 bedroom at Eight Riversuites and pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

SSD is calculated as follow:
Buy: Date of exercising Option to Purchase (OTP) or Date of S&P signed.
If you bought direct from developer, it shall be date on S&P signed, because developer only provide Offer to Purchase, and not Option to Purchase.
Sell date: Date of exercising OTP or date of S&P signed. Since yours will be resale, it will be date of OTP exercise.
